The company has multiple business ventures under the organization such as Mon Précieux New York Design House(clothing brands for children, men and women’s wear, private labels and multiple company staff uniforms nationwide), runs as Social Enterprise.The company vision is to use portion of the growth profits from clothing ventures to inject funding Lotus Hom Foundation.

Mom Hom is a network member of Vital Voices Organization. She was nominated and participated the Global Ambassador Program in Singapore 2013, also attended Advocacy training in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2014, both events were organized by the Vital Voices.
